7 COOL WAYS TO UPCYCLE OLD POTS AND PANS

7 COOL WAYS TO UPCYCLE OLD POTS AND PANS

Now that you’ve got that shiny new set of Ecolution pots and pans, you have to do something with your old cookware. Instead of throwing it in the trash and letting it transfer to waste away in a landfill somewhere, we have some great ways to give those old pans some new life.

      1. USE YOUR OLD COOKWARE FOR CAMPING.

For those of you who enjoy the great outdoors and go camping from time to time, using old pots and pans over a campfire is a great option. There’s no need to go out and buy a whole separate set of pots and pans for your camping adventures- you already have them!

      2. USE THEM FOR KITCHEN DÉCOR.

If your old pots and pans are a thing of beauty, but not so functional anymore, perhaps setting them up as decor in your kitchen may be a cool way to reuse them.

      3. USE THEM FOR A PLAY KITCHEN FOR YOUR KIDS.

Your kids want to be master chefs just like you when they grow up. Help them realize their dreams by giving them your old pots and pans to create one heck of a play kitchen. Just make sure no small parts can come detached and be a choking hazard, and make sure the pans aren’t too heavy to cause damage before handing them off to your little ones.

      4. TURN POTS INTO PLANTERS.

Want to start an herb garden in a cute, kitchen-friendly planter? Use an old stockpot and saucepan to add your herbs and soil. Drill some holes in the bottom to help water drain, and maybe even use an old frying pan as the drip tray.

      5. USE OLD POT AND PAN LIDS TO CREATE A CUTE KITCHEN HOOK.

Get a piece of wood and attach your old lids to it. That’s it! You have an adorably cute kitchen-themed hook to hang aprons, towels and more.

      6. ARTS AND CRAFTS PROJECTS.

Like making candles? Use your old pots and pans to help melt down your wax without ruining your pots used for food. Pots and pans can be more versatile than you think when used for arts and crafts projects- just be creative.

      7. USE MUFFIN PANS AS ORGANIZERS.

Have small items you need to organize, like push pins, paper clips, screws or jewelry?  Muffin pans are great for organizing those small items at home. Muffin pans can easily fit inside drawers, so you can organize that junk drawer that’s gotten out of control, or use the muffin pins in a vanity drawer to organize your jewelry or makeup.

FINAL WORD FROM THE ECOLUTION KITCHEN

      Cook Well

      Cook Well

WE HAVE A BIG ECO. OUR ECOLUTION TEAM DEVELOPED OUR NON-STICK COOKWARE WITH CONCERN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND YOUR FAMILY IN MIND.

Our desire to create the best cookware available made without chemicals like PFOA, a solvent used to manufacture non-stick coatings, motivated us to become experts in safe cookware. The PFOA is burned off and dispersed into the atmosphere during the non-stick manufacturing process; it can then enter the water supply and cause harm to humans and animals.

Ecolution cookware takes your safety seriously, so we created a variety of safe and extremely durable non-stick coatings to alleviate some harmful effects to the environment or to you. Our motto, “Cook Well, Do Good” says exactly what our company is all about, giving you the best products to cook your best meals with safe cooking pans, and at the same time doing good for the planet. We are proud to offer you a wide selection of beautifully designed, easy to clean, highly functional cookware that is safe to use. We hope our cookware will be part of your kitchen essentials for years to come.

      HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS

      1. Stainless Steel

Popular among professional chefs, stainless steel is durable, beautiful, easy to use and is non-reactive, so it will not impact flavor. Our stainless steel cookware is PFOA free, lead free and cadmium free and suitable for all cooking surfaces. The stainless steel is non-porous, so it won’t corrode, chip rust or tarnish, staying beautiful for years of use. As an added bonus, stainless is also oven safe up to 450 degrees, making it a versatile option.

      2. Cast Iron

Raw cast iron is used on our Farmhouse™ cast iron cookware, and is ideal for frying and simmering. Cast iron is durable, oven safe and, contrary to popular belief, when seasoned and cared for correctly, is very non-stick and easy to clean. Cast Iron is great for indoor use, stovetop or outdoor cooking, and it's oven safe to 500 degrees. Cast iron offers superior heat distribution and retention, and come pre-seasoned with vegetable oil. Made from all natural material, they are oven-to-table ready, indoor chic & outdoor tough.

      3. Carbon Steel

Leaner and lighter than heavy cast iron, carbon steel cookware is nevertheless one of the toughest and most durable pieces of cookware you can use. Strong and durable, engineered of heavy gauge steel, with excellent heat transfer and retention, our carbon steel Hong Kong Chopstick House woks and BakeIns bakeware are built to last for years. Our carbon steel cookware features a water-based non-stick coating.

      4. Borosilicate Glass
