7 COOL WAYS TO UPCYCLE OLD POTS AND PANS
Now that you’ve got that shiny new set of Ecolution pots and pans, you have to do something with your old cookware. Instead of throwing it in the trash and letting it transfer to waste away in a landfill somewhere, we have some great ways to give those old pans some new life.
1. USE YOUR OLD COOKWARE FOR CAMPING.
For those of you who enjoy the great outdoors and go camping from time to time, using old pots and pans over a campfire is a great option. There’s no need to go out and buy a whole separate set of pots and pans for your camping adventures- you already have them!
2. USE THEM FOR KITCHEN DÉCOR.
If your old pots and pans are a thing of beauty, but not so functional anymore, perhaps setting them up as decor in your kitchen may be a cool way to reuse them.
3. USE THEM FOR A PLAY KITCHEN FOR YOUR KIDS.
Your kids want to be master chefs just like you when they grow up. Help them realize their dreams by giving them your old pots and pans to create one heck of a play kitchen. Just make sure no small parts can come detached and be a choking hazard, and make sure the pans aren’t too heavy to cause damage before handing them off to your little ones.
4. TURN POTS INTO PLANTERS.
Want to start an herb garden in a cute, kitchen-friendly planter? Use an old stockpot and saucepan to add your herbs and soil. Drill some holes in the bottom to help water drain, and maybe even use an old frying pan as the drip tray.
5. USE OLD POT AND PAN LIDS TO CREATE A CUTE KITCHEN HOOK.

Get a piece of wood and attach your old lids to it. That’s it! You have an adorably cute kitchen-themed hook to hang aprons, towels and more.
6. ARTS AND CRAFTS PROJECTS.
Like making candles? Use your old pots and pans to help melt down your wax without ruining your pots used for food. Pots and pans can be more versatile than you think when used for arts and crafts projects- just be creative.
7. USE MUFFIN PANS AS ORGANIZERS.
Have small items you need to organize, like push pins, paper clips, screws or jewelry? Muffin pans are great for organizing those small items at home. Muffin pans can easily fit inside drawers, so you can organize that junk drawer that’s gotten out of control, or use the muffin pins in a vanity drawer to organize your jewelry or makeup.
FINAL WORD FROM THE ECOLUTION KITCHEN
It’s tough to see items go to waste, especially when it’s cookware that you’ve spent many good years with. Upcycling gives your cookware a new life, allowing you enjoy them in a different way for years to come.
