Ingredients:
- 4 Italian sausages
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sausages on the non-stick large cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchinis.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- After 10 minutes, remove the sausages from the oven and add the seasoned vegetables to the same sheet pan.
- Spread everything out in an even layer.
- Place the sheet pan back in the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
