One Pan Meal Recipe
- 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups of baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the chicken, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and minced garlic on a Ecolution Non-Stick Large Cookie Sheet.

- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve the delicious one pan meal straight from the baking sheet and enjoy!
