- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
Instructions:
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, diced red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
